The Leadership, Youth and Respect in Kwinana (LYRiK) Program recognises the achievements of young people and provides mentoring opportunities to those aged 10 to 24 years who live, work or go to school in Kwinana. The LYRiK Program aims to develop leadership skills, financial, budgeting and goal setting skills, community-building skills, sense of belonging, independence, confidence and resilience.
LYRiK consists of two annual programs:
Open to young people aged 10 – 24 years who have made a valuable contribution to the community and are excelling across six award categories. Nominate for LYRiK Awards here
Open to young people aged 15 – 24 years who live, work or go to school in Kwinana and have an education or employment goal and need a mentor. Apply for LYRIK Scholarship here
