Find Your Fit Kwinana is a free social prescribing program to help people of 18 years + connect with local programs and activities tailored to suit individual interests and needs. Find your people, find your fit!
Social prescribing is a model that came from England where health professionals link people to local activities. In Kwinana, we focus on helping community members actively improve their health, wellbeing and social connectedness.
Find Your Fit links community members to group fitness classes at the Kwinana Recquatic.
If you are interested in participating in Find Your Fit you will need to attend a sign up session held during the school holidays prior to the start of each Term held at various City facilities on different days and times.
