Over 50’s Outdoor Fitness Sessions (Beginners)

Join Kate, a personal trainer with a passion for helping people over 50 feel great! These free outdoor community fitness sessions will focus on improving strength and mobility and involve activities to increase your heart rate and improve endurance.

Date: Tuesdays (from 8 Aug), 10 weeks

Time: 8am – 9am

Venue: Thomas Kelly Pavilion, Medina
