Venues and Facilities for Hire

Thank you for considering the City of Kwinana to support your facility hire needs. Please note the City’s facilities have now transitioned to online booking through SpacetoCo. This gives you 24/7 access to the booking system as well as the flexibility to manage your own bookings.

SpacetoCo | Hire and book spaces, community halls, meeting rooms by the hour

Please note the following definitions when determining your hire rate:
‘Community’ – Any Not For Profit organisation, Charitable organisation, charitable event or community group(s)/sporting club(s).
‘Standard’ – Government Departments & Agencies, Business, commercial or individuals
‘Function Rate’ – Any party, celebration, community function e.g. quiz night. A minimum of six (6) hours applies for function bookings.

The City would like to advise that Wells Park is not a hireable space due to proximity to the industrial area.
