In line with Section 18 and 20 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the City of Kwinana has transitioned to Restricted Burning Period as of 12:01 am Tuesday 15th April 2025, however due to current seasonal conditions, the City of Kwinana will not be issuing any Permit to Set Fire to the Bush until further notice.
In accordance with regulation 39 of the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Amendment Regulations 2011, please find attached the Agenda for the upcoming Development Assessment Panel (DAP) meeting on 30 April 2025.

Please note: Local roads are looked after by the City of Kwinana, however main roads and highways, including Kwinana Freeway, Thomas Road, and Rockingham Road are looked after by Main Roads. To report an issue on a main road you can report it via the Main Roads contact us webpage.
