If you see someone in the act of graffiti vandalism, you should report it to the police immediately on 131 444.
The City can remove graffiti from private property, but it must first be reported to WA Police through the Goodbye Graffiti website. An Offence Report number needs to be obtained prior to requesting graffiti removal. This is to be quoted on the required waiver form listed below.
