Important Information: All requests related to new bins, missed services, damaged or stolen bins, and missed verge collections will be handled by the City's contractor, Veolia, within 3 to 5 business days. All other requests will receive a response within 3 working days.
Any urgent enquiries relating to bin collections should be phoned through to 1300 293 955. Other urgent enquiries, please contact 9439 0200, the City’s customer service number during business and after hour service contact. For police assistance call 131 444 or in the case of an emergency please contact 000.
