Priority Bin Service

Do you have difficulty placing your bin on the verge for collection day?

The City offers in-home waste collection services for eligible aged persons and people with disability.

The Kwinana Public Library offers a Home Library Service for residents of the City of Kwinana who are full-time carers or are unable to visit the library due to age, disability, or health problems.

Rates - Senior and Pensioner Rebates

Eligible and registered ratepayers have the opportunity to either claim a rebate on the rates and Emergency Services Levy, or defer payment.

Community Wellbeing Support

The City of Kwinana’s Community Wellbeing Officers provide a wellbeing support service for adults and children who are at risk or currently experiencing social disadvantage.
