Priority Bin Service

Do you have difficulty placing your bin on the verge for collection day?

The City offers in-home waste collection services for eligible aged persons and people with disability.

The Kwinana Public Library offers a Home Library Service for residents of the City of Kwinana who are full-time carers or are unable to visit the library due to age, disability, or health problems.

Rates - Senior and Pensioner Rebates

Eligible and registered ratepayers have the opportunity to either claim a rebate on the rates and Emergency Services Levy, or defer payment.

Community Wellbeing Support

SAIL Program

The SAIL (Specialised Access and Inclusion Lessons) Program is offered for people of all ages with an intellectual, physical or behavioural issue/impairment who need individual attention or reduced distraction from other swimmers.
