Council Meetings

City of Kwinana Council Meetings are fully open to the public in person and via live streaming and provide an opportunity to listen and contribute to the development of the Kwinana community. ​

Location of Council meetings

All Council meetings are held at the City of Kwinana Council Cha​mbers, located at the City’s Administration Building, corner Gilmore Avenue and Sulphur Road, Kwinana.

Online Council meetings 

City of Kwinana Council Meetings are available to watch online. The Council meetings will be livestreamed on YouTube.

Upcoming Council meeting dates

Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month (excluding January and December), commencing at 5:30pm. The external council meetings to be held on 22 March 2023 will commence at 6pm.

Audit and Risk Committee

The Audit and Risk Committee is appointed by the City of Kwinana Council to oversee the activities of the City, particularly its risk management and internal control processes in addition to the activities of the Council’s external and internal auditors.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the Audit and Risk Committee Meetings.

Electors General Meeting

The Electors General Meeting is held annually in February.

The purpose of this meeting is to receive the City's: 

  • 2021/22 Annual Report 
  • Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2022
  • Auditor's report
