​​​The City of Kwinana has a number of vacant properties available for use by organisation’s who share the common objective of increasing social engagement and promoting the health and wellbeing of the Kwinana community. The City is looking for likeminded organisation’s to enter into agreements to lease the following properties.

Applicants may be eligible for a discounted market rent value (generally 30 per cent) in accordance with the City’s Leasing of Community Facilities Policy.
