In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Kwinana hereby gives notice of its intention to impose differential rates for each rating category in the 2025/2026 financial year.
Notice is given for a Special Council Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 31 March.
In accordance with the clause 12(3) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of Council to be held as follows:

The purpose of this meeting is to consider the adoption of draft consultation document, Strategic Community Plan and informing documents.
