Notice is hereby given that the City of Kwinana has received a proposed amendment to the Lot 500 and 501 Bertram Road Local Structure Plan.
The amendment proposes to substantially modify the local structure plan to facilitate the expansion of The Kings College currently operating on the adjacent Lot 950 (No. 170) Bertram Road, Wellard.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the proposed amendment are available for inspection at the City of Kwinana Administration Offices during office hours, from Friday, 12 March 2021 until Friday, 9 April 2021, inclusive.
Submissions on the proposed amendment may be made in writing and lodged with the undersigned on or before Friday, 9 April 2021.
Please note: The proposed amendment to the Lot 500 and 501 Bertram Road Local Structure Plan is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the amendment does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the City of Kwinana or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
