Approved Local Planning Scheme Amendment

Local Planning Scheme No. 2 - Amendment No. 158

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Kwinana Local Planning Scheme amendment No. 158 on 21 January 2021 for the purpose of:

• Introducing the land use of “Home Business” into Table 1 – Zoning and Use Classes of the scheme.
• Removing all requirements within the scheme for approved Home Occupation applications to be annually renewed.
