The John Wellard Community Centre has modern function and meeting facilities for your next program, workshop or event, building upon the already radiant Wellard lifestyle.

The ground floor foyer offers public computer stations and printing facilities, comfy couches and tables and chairs. A shared kitchen is also available with servery to the foyer. On the first floor there is a breakout space with more couches, chairs and tables with servery to shared first floor kitchen. The first floor also opens onto a balcony.

Booking process:

  1. Select suitable facility.
  2. Complete relevant form/s.
  3. Submit completed forms to Kwinana Facility Bookings team. Allow at least 10 days’ notice for processing.
  4. Once forms are received, the Facility Bookings team will contact you.
  5. The team will make a tentative booking once all forms are received and your chosen dates and times are still available.
