The City of Kwinana (City) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024 (WA) (PRIS Act) and the City's Privacy Policy.
The personal information provided via this website, or when you subscribe to the City’s eNewsletters and other communications, is collected by the City for the purposes of providing the communications you have requested, marketing, community engagement and consultation, inviting participation in surveys, research and feedback activities, community events, referrals, reporting issues, processing applications, updating details, and any other directly related purposes. Furthermore, where you have provided explicit consent during online transactions (such as paying your rates), your contact information may also be used to invite your participation in community research, surveys, and engagement activities.
