Shade to Win Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This promotion is run by the City of Kwinana.
  2. Promotion Period
    The promotion opens on 10:00am on 14 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 May 2026.
  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to residents of the City of Kwinana only.
    Entrants must be 18 years or older.
    City of Kwinana employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must submit a street tree application via the City of Kwinana website during the promotion period.
    Only one (1) entry per household/property is permitted.
  5. Conditions of Entry
    All street tree applications are subject to assessment and approval by the City.
    Submitting an application does not guarantee a tree will be planted.
    Only approved applications will be eligible for the prize draw.
  6. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive a garden care prize pack.
    The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    The City reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item if necessary.
  7. Draw and Winner Notification
    The winner will be randomly drawn on or after 31 May 2026.
    The winner will be contacted using the details provided in their application.
    If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a redraw may take place.
  8. Use of Information
    By entering, participants agree that their contact details may be used by the City of Kwinana for the purpose of administering this promotion.
  9. General
    The City of Kwinana reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the promotion at any time.
    The City is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect entry submission.
