Help the City of Kwinana Plan for the future

The City of Kwinana is currently planning for the future and is looking for feedback from the community through the Community Services and Wellbeing Scorecards and a series of website testing activities.

Let the City know a little bit more about you so they can understand and meet local community services and wellbeing priorities by completing the Community Services and Wellbeing Scorecards.

Independent research and strategic planning company, CATALYSE Pty Ltd will be conducting the study on the City's behalf, with contact details and results dealt with in the strictest of confidence in accordance with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles.

Mayor Carol Adams said that these sort of community engagement activities offered residents the opportunity to have their say on future planning for the City.

"Through understanding the needs of our residents and the local community, the City is able to shape operations, events and our vision to ensure it is in line with the requirements of the community."

By completing the survey, residents will provide vital information that will aid in achieving the vision for the community in the Strategic Community Plan.

The Kwinana community will also be invited to participate in a series of online testing activities as a part of a review of their current website.

"We want to know how residents and business owners navigate through our current website in order to find information and the journey they take to get there," Mayor Adams said.

"The participation of the local community will allow us to understand and identify navigation issues and improve the online customer service."

Those who complete the online testing activities will go in the running to win one of two $50 Gift Cards*.
