​​The City has produced a Community Events Toolkit, which will guide you through the process of lodging the correct application forms for approval and may answer some of your questions regarding what needs consideration. Workshops for Community Groups ​​

Skills Boosting and Networking Workshop - Associations, Governance and the New Act

Community groups, organisations and community members are invited to attend the City of Kwinana bi-monthly skills development workshops.

Our special guest Stuart Reid from WACOSS will help you understand your responsibilities as a committee member, as well as cover the constitutional changes required by 30 June 2019 to ensure your organisation complies with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015. The workshop will cover conflict of interest, financial reporting requirements, dispute resolution, provision of information to members and other important requirements.

This workshop will be followed by a session of Speed Networking.​
