    The City's culture has been measured using the Human Synergistics organisational cultural change program. Our latest results showed:

    • Job security has increased
    • Decrease in aggressive / defensive behaviours by over 50%.
    • Decrease in passive / defensive behaviours by over 50%.
    • Increase in constructive behaviours by close to 50%.

    The City of Kwinana's culture is in line with the top 10 per cent of the most constructive cultures within Local Government in Australia and NZ – that’s out of more than 600 local governments!
