10 October 2022 We are a tier 2 approved Centre to carry out SFL - an evidence based progressive strength training and group exercise program designed specifically for over 50's.
Work on increasing fitness, bone density and movement all in a caring fun environment with a specialized trainer there to keep you motivated, strong and safe.
Twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm, the group trains hard in the gym with their personalised programs and using our amazing functional training room to move the body like never before.
Make sure you book an assessment prior to attending sessions and a signed off doctor’s referral with you.
