Get in the Grove is Back with a Twist!
7 November 2022

Following the success of Summer Sounds and Spooky Saturday the City of Kwinana’s summer events season continues with Get in the Grove! Summer Fest, on Saturday, 19 November 2022 from 5pm to 8pm.

Get in the Grove! is back for a second year, but with a twist. Food trucks and entertainment are the main feature this year with a host of food trucks to suit any food-enthusiast, a pop-up bar, free family entertainment including roving performers, live music and a free Circus Skills workshop for more.

Renowned performers Ross Vegas Street Show and Ricochet Circus Night Spectacle will bring a level of theatrics to the evening. Ross combines acrobatics, illusion, fire juggling, visual gags, rapping, and comic improvisation to a soundtrack of contemporary beat-box and vocal sound FX, to create a show unique worldwide.

While Ricochet Circus is a show unlike any other! Featuring world-class diabolo, juggling skills, hilarious comedy and audience participation this street theatre show is a high-energy comedy circus spectacle performed by one of Australia’s favourite variety performer, Morgan James.

Have a go Circus will also be in attendance helping the kids learn new tricks including juggling, spin stix, hula hoop and more as part of an interactive circus workshop.

This FREE family friendly evening of fun and food will be held at ‘The Grove’ under the trees next to Koorliny Arts Centre located off Sulphur Road in Kwinana.

All updates will be available on the Get in the Grove! Facebook event and the City website www.kwinana.wa.gov.au/getinthegrove!
