The Leadership, Youth and Respect in Kwinana (LYRiK) Program shines a spotlight on the incredible young people in our community. LYRiK provides opportunities for growth through the LYRiK Scholarships. Designed for young people who live, work, or study in Kwinana, the program builds confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging while supporting the development of leadership skills, financial literacy, budgeting, goal-setting, and career planning. Through the LYRiK Awards, we recognise and celebrate those who are making a real difference, young people who show leadership, kindness, resilience, and a commitment to improving themselves and their community.
LYRiK consists of two annual programs:
Celebrating young people aged 10–24 who are making positive contributions to Kwinana. The Awards highlight achievements across seven categories and acknowledge the dedication, strengths, and impact of local youth.
