The City is the proud Approved Provider of the Bright Futures Children's Services.
Bright Futures Children’s Services offers family day care and in-home child care within the City of Kwinana.
The service is managed by a Coordination Unit and staffed by a team of professionals who support educators to provide quality child care.
All educators meet the proper Fit and Proper criteria and are registered with Bright Futures to operate a Family Day Care or In Home Care business in accordance with all regulations and legal requirements. They all hold a current Working with Children Check and first aid certificate.
Moorditj Kulungars Playgroup provides an opportunity for Aboriginal families with young children to participate in playgroups facilitated by a dedicated Aboriginal Resource Worker.
Staff and educators work within the National Quality Standards Framework which guide every part of the business.
