If you’ve ever found yourself wondering “Where did my photos go?”, “Why is the writing so tiny?”, “How do I connect to Wi-Fi?” or “What on earth did I press?” — our Basic Tech Support Pop-Up could be just the helping hand you need. Bring along your phone, tablet or laptop and join us for a relaxed, friendly session helping with those everyday technology niggles that can leave us scratching our heads. We may be able to lend a hand with things like: Setting up emails and contacts Connecting to Wi-Fi Bluetooth problems Changing phone or tablet settings Installing and using apps Making text and fonts easier to read Finding and managing photos Video calling Notifications Basic Facebook and social media help Updating devices General phone, tablet and laptop questions There’s no need to feel embarrassed about asking something you think everyone else already knows. No question is too simple or silly — sometimes it just takes someone sitting beside you and showing you where to tap, click or swipe. For everyone’s safety and privacy, we can’t assist with banking, passwords, financial accounts or anything requiring sensitive login information. So bring your device, bring your questions and we’ll bring the patience.
