Does your child have coding experience and is ready for a new challenge? Join i-echo for the 'Smart Cities' project, where Micro:bit-based activities bring coding and electronics to life through real-world problem solving.

Recommended for ages 10+, the 'Smart Cities' robotics project includes:

  • Build traffic light systems with Micro:bit
  • Design energy-efficient homes using sensors
  • Create a pedestrian crossing bot

Parents/Caregivers and support workers are welcome to work with your child at the program. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Kwinana Public Library
Saturdays, weekly during Term 1
10am to 11am
Please note: due to facilitator availability, Term 1 is running on Saturday mornings, and is subject to change.

It is recommended to attend all sessions to complete the project.
