Join us to help protect our newly planted seedlings by weeding, fixing tree guards and watering at Lizard Reserve, Wandi.
Our newly planted Urban Shade Forest needs some tender loving care. Come along to Lizard Reserve in Wandi and help our newly planted seedlings through hand weeding, tree guard maintenance and watering (if required).
We will get stuck into maintenance activities and then be rewarded with a cuppa and morning tea in a lovely bushland setting to wrap the session. This will be followed immediately by a Mindful in Nature - Guided nature connection session from 11:30am. You are welcome to attend both events, however you will need to register separately.
Everyone is welcome, all tools provided.
Please ensure that you wear long sleeves, long pants, enclosed shoes, and bring a hat and water bottle.
