Sip Share & Care - You're Invited!

Join us Wednesday, 26th August 12.30pm at William Bertram Community Centre for our next Sip, Share & Care meetup. Through a poem or two we gently explore themes of ageism and elder abuse in a way that is creative, uplifting and full of heart. Now before you think “that sounds a bit heavy” trust me — it’s not. This is all about coming together, sharing a cuppa, having meaningful (and often surprisingly light!) conversations and creating a safe, welcoming space for anyone who might like to share a lived experience — or simply sit back and listen. Bring along a small plate to share, it’s free to attend, no registrations needed — just turn up as you are. We look forward to seeing you there for an afternoon of connection, conversation and community.
