Our Customer Service area has temporarily relocated to the Kwinana Business Incubator at 11 Stidworthy Way while our Admin Building gets a much-needed refresh.

The one-hour sessions will involve 40 - 45 minutes of exercise, including warm up and cool down phases. The remaining time will be dedicated to sharing fitness information, questions and discussion.
You will build strength and improve mobility in these enjoyable outdoor sessions. Strength exercises will mainly involve standing and seated posture using equipment such as resistance bands and dumbbells. We’ll get in some ‘huff and puff’ activities to improve your fitness with a combination of brisk walking and whole-body movements.
Registrations for the entire 9 week program are essential. Walk-ins not permitted.

Note: New participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise screening prior to participating in the program. Please complete here as well as the Baseline survey found here. Please note, these must both be completed prior to participating.
