Calling all new Mums in Kwinana! Join us for Kwinana Mums Who Move – a free group exercise program for all Mums interested in improving their fitness, creating healthy habits for themselves and their child and meeting other Kwinana mums.
Classes are held at Thomas Kelly Pavilion in Medina, 11.30am to 12.30pm on a Monday OR Wednesday, commencing the week of 2 February for 9 weeks. Please note that bookings are required and walk ins are not permitted.
