Meditation & Connection Meetup with Freda

A welcoming space for Adults (18+) to unwind, connect and share the gentle practice of Meditation whilst encouraging meaningful conversation, shared experiences and collective wisdom. Free to attend and the purpose of this group is focussed on building social connection in a relaxed and inclusive environment on the 3rd Thursday of each month at John Wellard Community Centre located on Runnymede Gate, Wellard. "Please note that the community centre is not staffed and remains locked to the general public. We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes before the 7pm start time, as the group meets upstairs and we aim to minimise any disruption once the session begins."
