Registrations for the entire 10 week program are essential. Walk ins not permitted.

Note: This class is not appropriate for young children for safety reasons as children tend to run around, putting themselves and others at risk of injury and can be a distraction for other participants, making it difficult for them to focus. Older children who wish to participate in the exercise program along with their parents are welcome.
Note: New participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise screening prior to participating in the program. Please complete here as well as the Baseline survey found here. Please note, these must both be completed prior to participating.
