Experience the joy of movement in our Lifespan Seated Dance Class, an inclusive and spirited session designed for all abilities. The class begins with participants seated and supported, gently exploring rhythms through body percussion. As we progress, we'll transition to standing (where appropriate) and move together to learn short, fun dances. The session will conclude with a gentle stretch and breathing exercises. This class is all about having fun and celebrating movement, so come ready to enjoy and smile!
