Baby Rhymetime is a program for babies and their caregivers to enjoy songs, rhymes, and short stories together while learning about how to develop literacy skills from birth.
There is no age requirement for babies. The program is recommended for babies who are not yet very active, as there are lots of lapsit activities that may be challenging for active children. When your baby begins to be more active (including walking/running around), we recommend attending Toddlertime.
Baby Rhymetime runs weekly, there is no registration required - and while we recommend regular attendance to keep learning and growing together, there is no requirement to attend every week. It's never too early or too late to start joining in!
Kwinana Public Library Tuesdays, 10am to 10.30am
If you would like to discuss suitability of this program for you and your child, or any accessibility requirements or accommodations, please contact us at email@example.com or 9236 4300.
Have a baby who is almost eight weeks old? Your Community Child Health Nurse can give you a free Better Beginnings reading pack when you visit with your baby for their eight week health check.
