Join Kate and focus on building strength and improved mobility in these  enjoyable free outdoor sessions. Strength exercises will involve standing and seated posture using equipment such as resistance bands and  dumbbells.

We’ll get in some ‘huff and puff’ activities to improve your fitness with a combination of brisk walking and whole-body movements.

The one-hour sessions will involve 40 - 45 minutes of exercise, including warm up and cool down phases. The remaining time will be dedicated to sharing fitness information, questions and discussion.

Registrations for the entire 10 week program are essential. Walk-ins not permitted.

Participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise screening prior to participating in the program.
