There will be six weeks of classes taught by Cindy Garlett (Important note: while the classes will all be held on Thursdays from 10am to 11.30am the dates listed are anticipated dates only and are subject to change dependent on Facilitator's availability).
The sessions aim to teach Nyoongar language and culture, but more importantly, aims to inspire an inquisitive mind about Nyoongar culture in daily life. This kind of rich learning experience works to deepen our respect and understanding of Indigenous peoples and culture and is a great step towards respectfully infusing Indigenous ways of living, knowing, and memory keeping into our daily work practices.
Anticipated class dates are:
Thursday 3 November
Thursday 10 November
Thursday 17 November
Thursday 24 November
Thursday 1 December
Thursday 8 December

Tickets are $30 per person for the term.
