This free, family-friendly event takes place on Saturday, 5 October 2024, from 3pm to 6:30 pm at Sloans Reserve.
Summer Sounds showcases a diverse lineup of live performances, interactive workshops, while the Food Passport gives you the chance to taste a variety of international cuisines from our amazing food trucks.
Bring your picnic blanket, friends, and family for an afternoon of fun, food, and entertainment. Summer Sounds - Leda is the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with your community!

Lolly Run

The Lolly Run is about spreading joy and building connections with volunteers generously giving their time to make this event a sweet success. Join us in creating magical moments that are treasured by the whole family with this one-of-a-kind community tradition.

Alcoa Children's Festival

The 2024 Alcoa Children's Festival brought boundless joy and laughter to the City of Kwinana as it proudly presented this highly anticipated event. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of excitement, making it a memorable day for families in the community.
Held on Saturday, 9 March, at Calista Oval, the festival was a haven for children seeking thrills, educational experiences, or simply a tasty bite. The diverse range of activities ensured that every child found something to enjoy, from adventurous rides to interactive learning stations. The festival not only provided fun but also fostered an environment of exploration and inspiration, encouraging kids to discover new interests and make lasting memories.
The laughter and smiles seen throughout the day were a testament to the event's positive impact, leaving attendees eagerly looking forward to next year's festivities.
