Local government districts within the MODAP are typically high-growth areas located in the Perth metropolitan region.
A proposed development may be determined by the DAP if it:
Has an estimated construction cost of $2 million or more (opt-in applications); or
Includes, or is, community housing provided by a registered community housing provider.
