Restricted Burning Period

In line with Section 18 and 20 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the City of Kwinana has transitioned to Restricted Burning Period as of 12:01 am Tuesday 15th April 2025, however due to current seasonal conditions, the City of Kwinana will not be issuing any Permit to Set Fire to the Bush until further notice.

Scope of Work: The deteriorating pavement will be stabilized using form foam bitumen to strengthen the pavement and extend its life. A final wearing course of 40mm thick, 14mm stone with A15E PMB will be applied. Pavement marking reinstatement will be completed by MRWA.

Project Limits: The works will start 215m south of Hogg Road and end 220m north of Hope Valley Road, covering both northbound and southbound lanes.

Objective: To restore the structural integrity of the pavement and extend its service life.
