Scope of Work: The ageing seal on Brooks Place has started to develop cracks and potholes. The project includes two main activities:
Resurfacing: The road section will be resurfaced with a 10mm stone spray seal using S45R crumb rubber binder to enhance surface durability and improve resistance to cracking.
Overlaying: The cul-de-sac area will be overlayed with a 30mm thick layer of 10mm stone Dense Graded Asphalt (DGA).
Project Limits: The works will cover the entire section of Brooks Place, including the cul-de-sac.
Objective: To address surface damage, improve road performance, and extend the pavement's service life.
