Restricted Burning Period

In line with Section 18 and 20 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the City of Kwinana has transitioned to Restricted Burning Period as of 12:01 am Tuesday 15th April 2025, however due to current seasonal conditions, the City of Kwinana will not be issuing any Permit to Set Fire to the Bush until further notice.

Scope of Work: The ageing seal on Alexander Parkway has started to develop cracks and potholes. To rectify these issues, a 30mm thick asphalt overlay will be applied using 10mm stone Dense Graded Asphalt (DGA).

Project Limits: The works will be carried out on the section of Alexander Parkway between Arundel Drive and Chandler Close.

Objective: To repair surface defects, improve the road's structural integrity, and extend the pavement's service life.
