The existing pavement surface is in a severely deteriorated condition. The scope of works includes resurfacing the road section with a  stone stone mastic asphalt (SMA) overlay, installing a 1.5 m wide footpath to enhance pedestrian accessibility and connectivity, and upgrading the existing traffic calming devices to improve road safety and reduce vehicle operating speeds.
