The existing pavement surface is showing signs of early deterioration. The proposed treatment includes resurfacing the road section with a 10 mm stone spray seal using an S45R crumb rubber binder. Intersections will be reprofiled and resurfaced with a double emulsion seal, followed by the placement of a 40 mm thick, 14 mm stone dense graded asphalt (DGA) wearing course to enhance pavement performance and extend service life.
