With the festive season drawing near, the Kwinana Library is getting into the spirit with a Children’s Storytime Christmas party and a drop in Christmas Crafts morning for kids.

Children who have attended the ‘Storytime’ sessions held throughout the year are invited to gather at the library on Friday, 9 December, 2011 for a free celebratory Christmas Party.

Starting at 10am, the children can look forward to a range of fun, age appropriate activities including stories, crafts, face painting, balloon twisting and party food. A special guest appearance by Santa is sure to delight the kids and a small gift will be presented to each. Bookings are essential and can be made on 9236 4300.

The library will also be opening its doors to children of all ages on Monday, 19 December between 10am and 12pm, or while supplies last, with a free craft morning. Children will get creative while making festive decorations including glitter bells, Christmas reindeers and jolly Santas. Bookings for this event are not necessary.

For further information call the Kwinana Library on 9439 4300.
