There were four seats available and therefore Dennis Wood, Peter Feasey and Sherilyn Wood return to Council, joined by one new Councillor Wendy Cooper.
The election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor took place at the Monday 17October 2011 Special Council Meeting. Carol Adams was re-elected as Mayor and Councillor Ruth Alexander was elected as Deputy Mayor.
