The Live! Kwinana events season is set to kick off on Tuesday 11 October with the increasingly popular Children’s Party for under 5’s. Local parents and care givers are encouraged to pack a picnic blanket and bring their babies and toddlers down to take advantage of this free community celebration.
Now in its 12th year and packed full of age appropriate entertainment, the event is forecasted to attract a crowd of over 3,000. The festivities will take place in the shady surrounds of Medina’s Ridley Green between 10am and 2pm and will feature a fun array of children’s games, interactive activities and exciting entertainment.
While the little ones party the day away in a safe and stimulating environment, mum and dad will have the chance to mingle with other local parents and chat to children’s service providers about the many useful options available to families residing within the Town of Kwinana.
The Alcoa Children’s Party aims to provide carers with parenting advice and assistance while promoting social, physical and cognitive development for local children. The event will offer generous prizes and giveaways, as well as healthy eating options for the family including free fruit and water.
