Bookings are now being taken for the next Our Village - Lunchbox Learning session taking place on Sunday 26 February from 10.30am – 12.30pm at Bertram Primary School.
The free two hour session will allow parents to spend quality time with their children, whilst teaching them a range of new, healthy lunchbox ideas for school. Together, a healthy lunch time meal will be prepared, which will then be enjoyed outside as a picnic style lunch.
The program is designed to introduce children aged 5 to 12 years to the kitchen, and teaches basic culinary skills.
Run by Kwinana Recquatic in conjunction with Communities for Children, Our Village encourages parents within the Kwinana area to spend quality time with their , whilst engaging in a range of different fun and educational activities.
