The Town of Kwinana is carrying out a review of their Disability Access and Inclusion plan and is asking residents to complete a short survey to help shape the revised plan for 2011-2015.
The survey asks residents to provide feedback on their experience in accessing services, facilities and infrastructure within the Town of Kwinana and how inclusive and disability friendly they found those services to be.
The completion of the survey will help the Town provide a service which meets the needs of all members of the community.
The survey period runs from August 8 to September 8 2011.
The survey can be taken online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/daipsurvey.
