The Town of Kwinana is inviting Bertram residents to attend a meet and greet with Officer in Charge of the Kwinana Police Station, Senior Sergeant Glen Willers who will be discussing existing issues and police strategies for the Bertram area.
The special event will take place at 6:30pm on 9 January 2012 at Ascot Park in Bertram.
Kwinana Mayor Carol Adams encouraged Bertram residents to attend the event to discuss important local safety matters and learn how best to secure their homes.
“It is important that Bertram residents are informed about local safety and security matters and are well educated to deal with them appropriately,” Mayor Adams said.
“This event is about developing the relationship between Police and residents and encouraging a more security conscious community.”
