Please advise Council promptly in writing of any change of address or ownership or complete by completing the Change of Address Form.

There is a statutory obligation for the owner to ensure that Council has the correct postal address for service of any notices. When using a post office box please ensure the Council is supplied with your residential address as well.

Liability for payment of rates remains with the owner recorded with Council until a Notice of Disposition is received from the vendor or their solicitor.
