Integral to the revitalised Kwinana Town Centre is the development of a state of the art Community Resource and Knowledge Centre that will house brand new library facilities, as well as space and amenities for community use, such as meeting rooms, computer, printing and copying facilities, internet access and a café.

The Centre will be located next to the Recquatic between the Education and Retail precincts of the Kwinana Town Centre. 

Extensive community consultation has been undertaken as part of the planning process and hundreds of community members provided input and ideas towards the Centre plan. It is hoped that this will result in a Centre which will be relevant, accessible and user friendly for our community members.
